Ordering and Samples
- Sample Requests
- I am happy to send one free invitation sample, please advise your chosen design, colour theme, details and requirements. Any additional invitation samples will require payment. Please email me or call me to discuss further. Tel: 07964 357078 or e-mail admin@emmafarwelldesigns.co.uk to arrange payment.

Placing an Order
- Once you have received the sample/s and you have decided to place an order, I will need your confirmed colour choice and a rough estimate of the items and quantities required.
- I will then need details from you with regards to the wording etc.

Receiving Proofs
- Proofs will then be created and sent to you to check and approve, the only exceptions being table plans, guest books, wedding postal boxes and albums.
- An invoice for the 40% deposit will also be enclosed.
- Proofs are normally sent by post or can be emailed.

Payment
- I require a 40% deposit of the whole order before I make a start on your stationery. (The 40% deposit is non-refundable). The remaining balance is payable once the order is complete.
- Payment can be made by cash, banks transfer or cheque (payable to Emma Farwell Designs) – I will confirm my address and account details by email.

How long does an order take to be completed?
- Orders can be completed 6 - 8 weeks from receiving your final proofs. I would really recommend placing an order 4 months before you intend to send out your invitations. This gives time for any amendments, changes to a design and the time receiving the deposit and approval letter etc.
- If you require an order to be turned around quickly (i.e.one/two weeks) or worked on as a priority, or even if quantities change at the last minute, depending on my work load, I may need to charge more than normal for last minute attention. I would charge 25% extra for this service.

Delivery
- If you live locally then your order will be hand delivered or can be collected, otherwise the items are sent by Royal Mail/Courier special delivery.
- Delivery prices, for items sent by special delivery, are as follows: orders of up to 25 items - £7.50 / orders of up to 50 items - £10.00 / orders of over 50 items - £15.00/£20.00.
- Delivery for Wedding Postal Boxes and Table Plans are between £7.00 - £15.00 per item.
- The delivery process normally happens in two stages: First, the invitations and R.S.V.P cards, Second, the remaining order nearer to the wedding date.

If you require any font/s other than the examples below please advise me of the typeface that is required when requesting samples.







For Pocket Folds I tend to use number 4 for the headings
and number 3 for the text inside the card.
