Please contact me to discuss your requirements. Prices listed above is for the stationery shown on the website or alternatively I can create a special, unique, design just for you. If you choose this option it will cost a one off fee of between £20.00 ~ £50.00 depending on the design, materials used and for the time to research, etc…. you just need to let me know the theme, colours etc…
Can be printed inside all invitations, R.S.V.P cards and Place Cards at no additional cost. When placing an order please request if you would like your guests’ names printed on your invitations or if you require them blank with a dotted line.
Are included in the price for the following items: Save the Date cards, Day and Evening Invitations, R.S.V.P cards and Thank You cards.
Guest Names and Addresses:
Printed onto the invitation envelopes will be an additional price for this service £0.50p for an RSVP card envelope and £0.70p for guest names and address.
Luxury Invitation Boxes:
With tissue paper and ribbon is available on request if you would prefer these to envelopes.
The additional price per box for C6, Square or DL size is:
Ivory/White ~ £2.00
Recycled (Rustic)/Texture ~ £2.50 (Please advise when ordering a sample if a box is required)
Contain the pocket/wallet, main invitation, an R.S.V.P card, two single sided information cards and envelopes which are included in the price (optional). If you require the info cards to be double-sided then the additional price per info card will be £0.30p each. Any additional info cards other than the two included are extra and priced at £0.50p each.
My Price Range:
For pocket folds and wallets shown on the website is £4.50 ~ £6.50 each. However, I am very flexible with design and price, all depending on your requirements. (Please email or phone me for details).
Order of Service:
The price above for ‘Order of Service’ booklets are priced using one sheet of A4 paper double-sided (4 sides). The length of the service will determine the number of sheets required for the booklet. Any additional sheets are an additional £1.00 per sheet.
I am happy to send one free invitation sample, please advise your chosen design, colour theme, details and requirements, any additional invitation samples will require payment. Please email me or call me to discuss further.

Delivery and Postage:
If you live locally then your order can be collected, otherwise the items are sent by Royal Mail/Courier special delivery.
Delivery prices, for items sent by special delivery, are as follows: Orders of up to 25 items – £10.00 Orders of up to 50 items – £15.00 Orders of over 50 items – £15.00/£20.00.
Delivery for Wedding Postal Boxes and Table Plans are £10.00 per item.
I would recommend having your envelopes/boxes weighed and check for thickness for postage costs.
Please do not assume that a first class stamp will be sufficient. If the invitations have not had the correct postage paid then your guests will have to pay a handling fee.
Placing an Order
Placing an Order:
Once you have received the sample/s and you have decided to place an order, I will need your confirmed colour choice and a rough estimate of the items and quantities required.
Once the wording has been supplied for the stationery, proofs will then be created either electronically as a PDF file or by post and sent to you to check and approve before printing, the only exceptions being table plans, guest books, wedding postal boxes and albums.
I require 50% deposit of the whole order before I make a start on your stationery. (The 50% deposit is non-refundable). The remaining balance is payable once the order is complete. Payment can be made by banks transfer, cash or cheque
(payable to Emma Farwell Designs) – I will confirm my address and account details by email.
How long does an order take to be completed:
Orders can be completed 4 – 6 weeks from receiving your final proofs. I would really recommend placing an order 4 months before you in-tend to send out your invitations. This gives time for any amendments, receiving the deposit, buying in the materials and approval. If you require an order to be turned around quickly (i.e. one/two weeks) or worked on as a priority, or even if quantities change at the last minute, depending on my work load, I may need to charge extra for last minute attention. I would charge between 20% ~ 25% extra for this service.
